We practice Shotokan karate in the Kyalami area.

Mondays & Wednesdays

Class 1:  17h00 – 17h30:  Pre-School & Children (White belts with coloured stripes & plain White belts)

Class 2:  17h30 – 18h10:  Adult (White belts) and All Ages (Pre-Yellow & Yellow 1 belts)

Class 3:  18h10 – 18h50:  All Ages (Yellow 2, Orange, Green & Blue belts)

Class 4:  18h50 – 19h50: All Ages (Red, Purple, Brown, Jnr Black & Black belts)

Saturdays

Class 1:  08h00-09h00:  KOBUDO (Weapons) All ages & belts

Class 2:  09h00-10h00:  All Ages (Brown, Jnr Black & Black belts)

Class 3:  10h00-10h30:  All Ages (ONLY 1st Kyu Brown, Jnr Black & Black belts)

Class 4:  10h30-11h00:  Pre-School/Children (White belts with coloured stripes belts & plain White belts)

Class 5:  11h00-11h45:  Adult (White belts) and All Ages (Pre-Yellow & Yellow belts)

Class 6:  11h45-12h30:  All Ages (Orange, Green, Blue, Red & Purple belts)
